Machine Check Exception

Over the last week or so, when I wake up in the morning, the machine is displaying a BSOD, with:

Machine_Check_Exception

0x0000009C (0x00000004, 0x805405F0, 0xB2000000, 0x00070F0F)

I have a Gigabyte K8NXP-9 motherboard, and the system has been fine since it was upgraded 2-3 months ago. It hasn't been moved, or changed...

From what I have read, I think it is to do with the NVidia drivers, but I am not sure what to install and what not to install...

Strange thing is that it only does it at night, after I have turned the monitor off and gone to bed - I have never seen this problem during the day, even if I go to watch TV for a couple of hours and turn the monitor off

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

I am overclocking, and I only upgraded the CPU. I was assuming this wasn't the issue, as the upgrade and overclock was done months ago without a single problem, until last week

I started getting this happening a while back, maybe a year or so (around when Outrun 2006 was released, whenever that was).

Reading around seemed to suggest a potential PSU issue, however I'm not convinced that it wasn't caused by one of my harddrives. One of them performs really poorly sometimes and gets really hot due to having them all jammed in really tight together.

I messed about with power cables a bit making sure that I wasn't splitting too many power molexes on the HDs, also cleaned out a the case a bit and disconnected some case fans. Then reduced my overclock (which was previously stable). Seems a bit better now, although I have never been able to put my finger on exactly what causes it.
