Machine Freezing\No Signal with MSI 7850

Hi guys,

I seem to be again having intermitant issues with my MSI Twin Forzr 7850. I have gone back to my old nVidia card and haven't had a problem, im just thinking could it be a underpowered PSU rather than the card. I have the following

Corsair 520HX running the following:

Asus P6TD
I7 920 - running stock
5 x 7200 HDD
1 x SDD
3-4 USB devices
1 x DVD Writer
MSI 7850 Twin forzer.

When switching on the mahcine on sometimes I don't even get the post displaying, so I know this is not a driver issue, more like a card or other hardware problem. When I do manage to get into Windows, often after a few minutes my monitors will go into standby and the machine hangs - (Can't use caps lock)

Any ideas? Or should I just RMA the card?

erm test the 7850 in another machine if possible.

that psu is a little weedy, i would opt for the CX600 from corsair or the CM slient modular
