Machine polishing

Yeah yeah another thread!

From searching I see that most people seem to recommend the Silverline Silver Storm machine but I've no idea what other bits to buy.

Would I be best off just grabbing some sort of starter kit bundle (~£109) or buying individual bits as needed?

A range of pads, and Megs 105/205, that's all you will need.

I have that polisher with 3 menz polishes and one pad. Ruined the other pad. Good machine but make sure you practice first!

I second that! I took the paint off my Beetle door handles when I used it... now it sits in the garage gathering dust... the machine, not the Beetle

I practiced on my mums car!

Bit long winded to be honest, I bought it with good intentions and may get it out this summer
