i seem to be stuck again
i was converting some camcorder stuff when i got to the pc and everything seemed to have hung, even task manager wouldnt work !
so i pressed the reset button and then ..... nothing !
the power came on and the hdd light went red and stayed red but nothing else.
i pulled out the two pci cards that were in it (usb 2 and firewire 1394) and it worked fine.
Replacing the usb card and all seems ok but when i put the firewire card in it doesnt even get to the bios.
What has happened ? I need to get a vid done by tomorrow morning !
Help please !
Is the mobo mullered or the firewire card ? Could the mobo have a conflict of some kind at boot up?
