MacMini IP KVM options

So im having to install a couple of MacMinis for some app development, and would like the ability to manage them remotely.

Does anyone know of a solution that would provide a proper IPKVM setup for them? ideally something that would let me power them on as well (though that could likley just be done with the network)

They are the 2018 models (6-core i7)

One of the guys at work very quickly showed me him controlling his Mac mini from his iMac today. All built into OSX. Basically acted like when you switch desktops.

I literally saw it over my shoulder. Will ask him tomorrow

Unfortunately this is the only macs we have, so it would be from windows to mac

Have set them up with vnc just to get them off the ground, but wondering if there is a better hardware option

VNC is horrible

Jump desktop works well for me. Based on VNC. Throw a couple of dummy hdmi adaptors on and you could run a 1080p session nicely.
