Macro Application

Hello,
I know this will be a long shot. I am looking for a program that can record a sequence of events that I do and save it as a macro and then be able to replay it back without any intervention from myself anytime I run that macro.

The sequence I need is:

1.) Remove last letter from a folder name
2.) Open an application
3.) Click a browse for file button in the app
4.) Choose a specific file
5.) Wait 5 seconds
6.) Press a button in the app window
7.) Wait until the popup says "Completed"
8.) Add a letter to the end of a folder name
9.) Repeat 2 - 7
10.) Close application

Any ideas?, Having something to do this will allow me to easily avoid a bug in an application I use regularly.

We use a couple of programs in work for automated testing. You'd have to get a licence for them though...
