Macromedia Flash - Book request

Looking for some recommendations on a book for Flash. Coming in it at a 'patchy' level I have mainly dealt with motion tweening in the past. I need something that will help me build complex menu systems for use on web-sites.

Any recommendations would be great.

i brought a few books on flash and it's a waste of wood.. like the bibles are half full of how to use 3rd party apps

have a look around gotoandlearn.com, the forums have enough content in them to fill a few books i'd say. hasan's video tutorials (forums) are very good too.

it has a tacky name but it's a quality site.

Flash's own help files while not particularly well written probably have enough info in for that kind of thing.
