hey today ive suddenly started getting warnings from my antivirst saying my pc has a trojan horse.. here's the message:

right well i deleted the flash player (uninstalled) and the problem went away, but if i want to view flash things on site such as banners and games i need to install the flash player, so i installed it again putting it down to a dodgy install but the warning keeps popping up now
anyone else had this problem? what can i do about it?

restarted in safe mode and was able to run it and it was a flash update that needed to be restarted, but when i downloaded it, it didnt say to restart so it was trying to get the info on the version to see if it could update....
