This isn't really Mac software as per sé but it is a way of making fonts on Windows render like OS X, for those BootCamp junkies.
I know there have been others in the past (gdipp, GDI++, etc.) but they've all been abandoned or no updates in a significant time. This one also works with the latest versions of Chrome and Safari, and IMO is much more configurable with more GUI tools on offer to help tweak and customise the settings
