Madden 08 on PS3

[meths]

I bought this today as I used to love the Madden games but having read some reviews have noticed that there are problems with the framerate, stuttering and an excessive amount of fumbles.

Anyone bought it and currently playing on the PS3 and if so should I unwrap it or go get a different game?

No demo on the US PSN as yet. Downloading NHL 08 as I might exchange if for that tomorrow if I don't open it tonight when drunk.
