It took long enough but we finally get to see the ghost of Pete Moore vanquished from E.A Sports division?

I do believe this is a shift in their business model and seeing NHL on PC maybe next year is 90% more likely than it was yesterday.

Trial is available to download and play if you have Origin Access ... it's only 41gig
I feel a mug paying for a demo... cannot help myself though.
Is the full version on Origin Access Premier yet or just the same 10 hour trial?
£89.99 for a Year of Madden and Fifa is worth it I think when you think it includes all other EA stuff and new releases through the year.
I just want the "Journey" modes but the back catalogue/new releases makes it a steal in my opinion.

Blimey, the current gen consoles must be absolute garbage.
Even when "next gen" they were not that far ahead of the PC, if ahead at all like in previous gens.
I remember when PC used to get slammed for a good year and a bit after new consoles were released, now they just carry on regardless.
Saying that, we are "enthusiasts" but I think even modest mainstream rigs will run that without much issue at 1080p.
I went for the basic 10 hours as will not be able to play for half the month anyway.
Will pick up premier Sub in September, I will at least get FIFA then as well. The £90 is about what I would spend on Madden and Fifa anyway, maybe a bit more but get extra stuff as well
I am finding that FMV sequences are capped to 30fps and are very awkward and keep switching for no apparent reason between 16:9 and 21:9.
Sidenote, the "Long shot" mode seems awful. I completed the campaign but just seemed like one long mini movie with you getting unlimited attempts to do a few plays in select matches but no consequences if you fail. I doubt people buy the game for this mode though

Also, "on the field" cut scenes seem to be also have some odd fps caps.
When playing game, FPS seems fine.
