One fault
this CPU
Intel Celeron G440 1.60GHz Socket LGA1155 Processor
will not fit in this Motherboard.
MSI G41M-P28 Intel G41 (Socket 775) DDR3 Micro-ATX Motherboard

Go for a better PSU as well or it could take out other components with it if it goes BOOM.

Also need a copy of windows.

If he bought that lot i wouldnt worry about the PSU going BOOM lol.

He wouldnt be able to complete the build with the components above as others have mentioned :D

By comparison I buit this rig:

Core 2 Duo e8200 @2.66GHz
4GB DDR3 1333MHz (dual channel)
Gigabyte GA-P41T-D3
MSI Radeon HD5450 1GB (the only part i bought new, just to output a picture because i was tired of being outbid on 8800GT's and such on a popular auction site)
250GB Seagate Barrauda 7200.12
Antec 300
DVD-RW Drive
350W Xilence PSU + CPU power extension
2x 120mm case fans
