You could try Splash Plastic. I don't know what they are like.

lol no, Go to any bank and just setup an account! They will send you one in the post, I got one with halifax and them seem to be great!

Most banks will do you either Meastro, solo or visa Delta. Switch ceased to be nearly 3 years ago.
