Just got the game it seems great fun but im having some problems, firstly there is an annoying heartbeat noise which wont go away, and secondly the very first fight you get into after leaving your mums house to protect the girl (sort of like a tutorial fight), if he knocks you down, there is no way to get up? It just stays down and the other bloke is just punching the air next to you. Anyone else get this? Is there a specific button to press to get up?

Is it on steam? If yes verify the game to get rid of any corruptions. If no then either reinstall the game or just see if theres an update for it. Must be your install if no-one else is doing it, mine didn't:)
