Mafia 2 glitch??

Just loaded up mafia 2 and this has happened :

i think u get the idea of what im getting at lol. Not had this problem until today, i think the reason might be an update from microsoft i did earlier today. i think an update for my graphics card was installed so i uninstalled my ati drivers and updated to 10.8 but still the same thing, ive looked for the update to try uninstall that but its not showing up when i go to uninstall updates but is showing up in update history. i only get the glitch while playing mafia 2 aswell, any help??

Ha, I had the exact same thing! Did a verify on the cache in Steam and it sorted it out (downloaded 20 odd MBs of files). I have AA set to 4x, Cat 10.8s. Maybe the game just needed a restart, since we both did stuff before going back to the game?

Drivers are up to date 10.8 on a msi hawk 5770, sorted the problem like sycho said. It seems pretty stupid having problems like these just because of AA, same thing happens in Sims 3 with Adaptive AA enabled.

I havent had any glitches but on my map i still have an objective mapped to 'go to the falcon bar' even when other missions are mapped it still shows that same objective, so mapping two routes. I have been there but i cant find anything...

I only get 2 routes mapped out if i have set a waypoint on the map and another is pointing to a mission, maybe u have set a waypoint and not noticed?
