I've been playing Mafia wars on Facebook but it purely comes down to how many friends you have playing it, it is just a viral game.

I'd love to find a single player online version of it!

Mafia is definatly one of the best games i have ever played. It had such a good story and plot, it was a fantastic experience. Definatly worth a play through if you havent played before. ;)
 
just about to install the game, got discs from housemate looking for some decent mods to spice it up, anyone swear by any? some look amazing but not sure which is best
 
All those saying the race was really easy may have patched the game before the race. It took me a lot of attempts and kept being overtaken on the last bend. It was very annoying !

To be honest mate if you haven't played it first time through play it without mods first due to the fact that most mods will help you in some sort of way and its legendary without the mods :D

As for the race I remember completing it twice first time round, had to do it twice due to my computer being really rubbish and kept crashing and I hadnt patched it
 
the race was a killer for me, mainly because my pc struggled to run it and it was jerky so i kept flipping the car. did it on my friends new laptop easily. this was when it just came out so pre patch.

i never did complete it so i mite dig it out.
 
That race in mafia was the best, so frustrating but so rewarding at the end of it.

Still got my copy lying around and the guide. :)

Yeah, played it under XP but can't find the disc :o

Was just wondering if it's worth hunting down again now that I have Vista. Now that I know it works, will be doing just that :D
