Mafia, how to get AA working?

Have set it to 4x aa but doesn't seem to work, vista x64 btw...

This is how my mafia looks like:

Is there any app that is easy to acces to change (force) aa&af settings (like old nvidia thing did) , nvidia's new panel doesn't have an icon in bottom left anymore :mad:

?

I know its not especially helpful but I had AA working Vista64 with an Ati card, I was forcing it through the control panel

Nvidia panels profiles don't work though half the time and I don't know any quick way to globally enable AA&AF with the new **** panel.

i would try opening nvid control panel...

click "Manage 3d settings"

Click on whatever setting you want AF on, and click on AA "override any application setting"

then click how much you want.

That should force it on whatever program

AA is to smooth jaggies, AF is to enhance texture quality in distance ( when it's blurred).

Is there a much faster way though, a program that sits in bottom left corner 24/7, like the old nvidia app, I don't want to go all the way into cp all the time for each game, because i want 8x aa and 16x af in games like mafia and LFS, doesn't mean I want it in all games, supcom's framerate for example would just die...

Sorry if this is too much too ask, I'm actually asking for an app that easely manages aa&af levels, or something like nvidia's profilier but then that it works always, as half the time nvidia's profiles for games don't load properly, sometimes LFS has nice and smooth cars, and sometimes they're jagged beyond belief, coz nvidia's profile fails to load for that game.

thanks. I didnt know what AF was
