Mafia II code...

Hey dudes,

I bought a GTX470 the other day but cannot find the Mafia II code that should have come supplied. Its this card.

I have looked in the box, on the supplied CD, on the short manual that came with the card...anywhere else it could be?

If its anything like when i got my last gfx card its usually just a single small leaflet. Could it have maybe slipped inside the manual or the side of the box or something?

Nope, no small leaflet at all.

All that was in the box is as follows:
The GTX470
Driver/Manual CD
Small install booklet
DVI>VGA
DVI>HDMI
4Pin>6Pin
Small CD Case/Wallet

Thats it. I dont know if its a manufacture issue or retailer issue though? I have registered with ASUS but nothing came up about promotional offers. NVidias website only says about how to redeem the code, not where to find it...
