Magento admin panel - can't click headings...

Generally, argh. Not very smooth installation...

Finally sorted permissions, I thought - but now I'm not seeing 500 errors and made it into the admin panel, I can't click any of the headings at the top (Sales, Catalog...).

Is this a permissions thing again I'm guessing? Another strange thing is taking me to the 'Inbox' and the 'Select All' and such aren't doing as they're meant to.

When hovering, they just have the address http://***.com/index.php/admin/dashboard/#

Those menus at the top should have drop down javascript menu lists, they disappear when javascript is disabled.

I thought it might be down to NoScript, even though I'm allowing the domain, but it does the same thing in Safari. Guessing permissions on some of the JS files then...?

Yes, it was the 'js' folder.

There always seems to be something going wrong with Magento, which is a shame as it's a really nice platform :confused:

Yeah, I found it weird compared to the simplicity of Wordpress.
