Magento Developer - specialist job sites/boards?

Figured you developer guys would be able to help me with this:

My company is looking to hire a Magento developer [salaried, not contract].

Obviously there are the catch-all job sites like Totaljobs etc, but I was wondering if anyone's got any recommendations for specialist job sites/listings/boards that we should be looking to advertise the vacancy.

I know they exist for designers, but my Google-Fu appears to be weak, and I've not been able to find the places where experienced Mage developers look for new jobs. So: any suggestions?

As a Magento Dev, I've had loads of people contacting me from my LinkedIn profile, don't actively use it, but have my core skills on there.

Problem with some companies I've found on job boards, is they expect the earth, then Magento being "a bonus". Normally leave them alone personally. Kind of place that want to throw all sorts of web based issues at me, and still expect a new site redesign within a week... (This happened to me, once...)

I recommend you use Magentalent http://www.magentalent.com/ They are a specific Magento job site. They post a lot of jobs on there.
