Having a look at this for a "favour" for someone but Ive never really used Magento before and was wondering if its possible before I spend some time on it.
Basically what they want to offer is 10% discount to first time customers via a discount code. I believe there is a vouchers section in the control panel but I cant see any option at first glance to put in and specifics such as new customer only.
