magento footer?

Hi guys. Anyone good with Magento here?

Basically i just want to know what i would need to do to get a footer like the one below?

Im guessing i would need to edit the css file in my theme?

You would need to edit the CSS and the phtml files for the footer, not a massive expert on magento but it has a steep learning curve
