Maggi bbq ribs

Hi all,

Bought a kilo of separated pork ribs ive coated them in the maggi rub from the bag and popped them in the plastic bag in the fridge

Im in two minds about cooking them in the bag I want them crispy anyone had experience with these
 
Can't say I've ever cooked them but if I wanted a bit of a crust just pop them under the grill at the end to crisp them up a touch.
 
Managed to make them unreal.

45 mins at 180c then drained all the juice popped them on a flat try and basted with mix of paprika mustard powder honey and american house steak sauce.

Grilled at 200 for 20 more and they turned out like this best non bbq ribs ive ever tasted
