Morning,
Recently converted to the dark side and picked up a MacBook Pro (Love it). For times when I'm working long periods I decided to get the Magic Mouse too however I've noticed it seems not to register fine movements (i.e trying to click on fine detail/getting the cursor to that spot - for example lets say I wanted to edit a word in this post and I clicked the wrong letter) - its almost as if the sensitivity / acceleration is non existent, I've tried to get used to it but its annoying.

It's all charged and my settings currently are on max.

Hope I have explained it well enough that someone knows what I mean and has a solution!?

has a solution!?
Throw the Magic Mouse in the bin and get a decent third party mouse. Apple can't make a good mouse.

I don't even use a mouse any more, I find the internal trackpad on my MBA to be utterly fantastic for everything and I use a Magic Trackpad on my Studio. Haven't used a mouse on a Mac for over ten years now.

Haha, this was a thought going through my head after looking online. Although I can still return it rather than the bin :D

Magic Mouse is the only mouse with proper smooth and inertial scrolling.

But everything else about it is pretty shocking. I'd be picking up an MX Master 3. Don't get the one "for Mac" - the only difference is that it doesn't include the Bolt receiver which IMO is worth having, since Bluetooth can be hit and miss at times.
