Magicka Wizard Wars

I saw it first off at i49 this year, it got a luke-warm reception as it was delaying the SC2 finals. It did look pretty cool.

Saw it pop up on steam early access and decided to get involved.

It calls it's self a MOBA but in all fairness it's more like a team death match at the moment. Looks like with a bit more depth in the gameplay/objectives it could be a decent little game.

Anyone playing?

Not playing but did enjoy Magicka a lot so will check this out.

I bought the cheapest pack on Steam. I really like the spell combo system. I've not played the original, but fortunately they've slowed the pvp down. Seen people getting one shot in the original pvp.

I need to practice it this weekend. Many spell combos to learn and need to get used to pressing the sequence.
