A friend of mine wants the emails he receives at his office to also be available on his laptop at home. I just want clarification about how to do this in MS Outlook.
I presume he needs to know the address and log in details for the POP3 and SMTP servers, and then just configure Outlook accordingly. Is this right? How would he go about finding the details of his work email servers? Bare in mind that he's not the most computer literate of people, and I'm unable to go physically to retrieve the info he needs.
He wants to make sure that the emails he gets forwarded to outlook will not remove them from his account at work.
