Mail is always on top of all other windows...as in even if I click on the prog behind it.

Some reason Mail is alway son top of all other programs, unlike all other programs where I just click on it and it brings it to the front, some reason Mail remains on top.

However, a New message will pop to the back if I click on another program, it is just Mail wouldn't!

Help! it is getting really annoying, the only way to get it out of the way is the minimise it.

What a strange problem, are you running Lion ? Also do the usual stuff like repair permissions, and restart.

How do I repair permission? And yup, running Lion.

Go to Applications > Utilities > Disk utility (or search for disk utility in spotlight)

Select your hdd and repair disk permissions.
