Mail Order Salt Beef

Now I am a massive fan of Salt Beef, but living in the wilds of Wales, nowhere that I'm aware of stocks it.

Don't suppose anyone knows of anywhere that does it mail order? Preferably without having to buy 6Kg of it :D
 
You live in the depths of Wales. Walk out of your front door, close your eyes, spin in a circle, open your eyes, see a cow, shoot it then go to this thread.

Or just go to your local butcher and buy a brisket and visit that thread :)

I've already looked at the thread you mentioned, but I'd rather buy some if possible :)
 
I've not seen salt beef anywhere for over 10 years, apart from Brick Lane. No idea where my mum's butcher used to get it, unless they did it themselves?

Actually, that's a lie. I did see a vacuum pack in Sainsburys a few months ago which took me by surprise and Tesco do salt beef sandwiches. Personally, I wouldn't bother with the Sainsburys one. I've been let down so many times by Sainsburys food I'm reluctant to try things from there.
