Mail Server and Outlook problem

Hello all,

I have a mail server and I am using outlook as my email client. There is an account on the server that has 400Mb of emails. Outlook cannot download these messages in 5 minutes (the max time out).

Any ideas how i can get these messages?

Thanks for your help and I hope this makes sense I wrote it in a bit of a rush
