Mailscanner not scanning emails

I have a CentOS server running MailScanner, SpamAssassin and ClamAV with Postfix as the MTA. It was all set up and running fine to start with and was scanning perfectly. However for some reason it has stopped. The emails are still coming through, but nothing is scanned. I have tried the GFI email test and everything gets through.

Any ideas?

Scrap that.. For some reason the line sending messages to the hold queue was commented out! Got it working again now.
