Main Dealer Return Policy?

Its not popcorn worthy; she doesnt like it because its not a brand new car like her last car was. I wanted to get her a certificate made to congratulating her for stating the ****** obvious. She buys a second hand car, and then realises that "its not brand new and I've had no input into the spec so I don't really like it". It was literally a WTF!!!? moment.
She actually went back to the dealer and said I dont like this car because its not brand new and I want to return it.

I'd be very surprised if they wouldn't take it back and give her the full price as a deposit on a new car (assuming decent condition)

They wouldnt. She asked and they'd give her trade on it (2k less than what it cost her).

Does it seem second hand? Is it an image thing, because she can hide it's age with a private plate if that's the problem :confused:

I think its because she hasnt specced it herself to her exact spec, therefore she doesnt like it. Ridiculous really. Its got most of the decent options except iDrive/sat nav.

Shes actually quite an intelligent girl that earns a decent amount of money, but in this instance she has failed, hard.
