Just been playing about for my photo site and did below for the main page still got to do design of buttons which will be on left so just wondered what people think.

I feel the header's overly busy, making the title hard to read. The text should stand out much more prominently, and the background graphics should be simplified. Looks good nonetheless :).
 
Did a bit of a change, does bring it together more when you take the colour away just makes me feel something is missing

Cheers all for input just done a new one which is so simple it hurts but for some reason it works for me, just not sure if to leave right side blank or put navigation in there or to the left over frog

That looks smart. Maybe it could do with just a small colour highlight in the header, just a touch! A strong colour as a bottom border of the header, or slashing across diagonally - just random thoughts.

How about inverted navigation tabs (example) in the top-right corner?
 
Looks good, but how are you going to code it? It would look a bit naff if you have that but just white space either side. Are parts going to stretch etc. or something?
 
All done nice and simple it's just going to be 800x 600 on a black background have put in where buttons are going and changed a few bit's to tart it up. Don't laugh at this bit as i don't have a clue about code and all that so it's all going to be done via..............WYSIWYG Web Builder with web gallery wizard :D + :eek: = :)

The banner in that is certainly a big improvement on the first. :)

/makes some comment about digital cameras not using film.. :p
