Main things to look for?

I currently have a GTX 560 and looking to upgrade but want to see a big difference, i'm looking at spending around the £150-£200 mark what card would suite me best.

Currently playing League of Legend,Diablo 3 and possibly battlefield 4 (soon)

It's a bit over budget but i wold rather have a 4gb card than 2gb. Seen BF4 pull 2.2gb in VRAM on my system.
