Major connection problems. Please help.

Hi guys im posting via my mobile so excuse lack of info.

The problem that im having is that when I login I have repair LAN error, when i select repair i get "following action cant be done: renewing ip"

Now my 3com adsl router shows that its synced and connected.

I cant access the routers settings @ 192.168.1.1 this cant be accessed via my pc or mac.

Id appreciate any advice, ta.

My p900 loads pages rediculously slow and not properly, so ill be checkin at night.

It's nothing to do with Nildram, it's something between your machines and the router.
Tried manually setting IP (192.168.1.2)/subnet mask (255.255.255.0)/default gateway (192.168.1.1)?

Control Panel -> Network Connections -> Network card's properties -> TCP/IP Properties -> Fill in the boxes.

Ive now got the strangest problem.

I can connect to bit torrent and play cs. I cant use any web browser tho, or use msn. Even bit comets in built browser wont connect.

Im almost out of credit, so i may not be able to connect til i get round to a friends.

Add DNS servers. Either your ISP's (or your router's IP should do).

Hi, I put 192.168.1.2 under the DNS settings and still no luck.

Something's b0rked DHCP on your router. Fix that, and you can go back to automatically assigned IPs.

How would I go about fixing it?

Making sure it's enabled, checking its settings would be a good start.
