sorry i meant MVPU on driver default with OSD unchecked

try adjusting the brightness just a little , I had the same problem (5770x2) and tried all the fixes but the game wouldn't even launch but once you quit the game and launch it again you will need to adjust it again , so far its working well for me when I move the brightness level by 1 notch , good luck
