Major Display Problem, Come On in Last Hour

Got a problem thats just started, every single screen is like this

and its just getting worse and worse, any ideas?

Its an AGP Nvidia 6800 Ultra graphics card, can I even buy these anymore

Yes its a toilet was taken at starbucks, the toilets where a joke, so they sent me £50 worth of vouchers to apologise, how goods that!
