Just use makeup to cover up love bites. Marks like that were easily covered up by makeup when I was in uni.

Try using exfoliating scrub/mustard with rice, to rub off a layer of skin, this may fade out the bites. Or you could try T-Cut / Meguiar Scratch X. Don't forget to do all 3 steps otherwise the finish is not as good.
