I dont know how many people follow Major nelson's Blog or Weekly Podcast, but if you have an XBox this guy is worth listening to. His real name is Larry Hyrb and he is the Director of XBox Live over at Microsoft. he produces a weekly podcast with co-hosts, Laura Lollip0p, who is an XBox Dev,'e' another member of the XBox Live Team, Litheon a tech Dev and Stephen Toulouse aka Stepto. For those of you who dont know who Stepto is, he runs XBox live security and is the man with the ban-hammer.

Always lots of breaking news, interviews with game designers, competitions, biits of gossip and very interesting stories, especially from Stepto - like the guy who was streaming a copy of MW2 a month before pre-release and bragging about it in the chat, only for someone to MSN Stepto about it. After Stepto asked him politely to take it down and was met with a stream of venom, the dude in question found he had a bricked XBox as it was banned, all streamed live on Justin TV, how to go from Hero to Zero in 60 seconds.
