Major Performance Drop

Hi, in January i bought a pre-built gaming pc from overclockers website. I searched for it but can't seem to find it to link but it was the Titan 8000i Xenomorph" Intel 3.10GHz Dual Core System . I got the gtx 550ti with it and upgraded the processor to an i5 2500k. It was all running smoothly getting anywhere from 70-100fps on any game i had until the last week or so, i've had a huge spike in fps. It seems to be capped at 25fps on anything i do. It won't go above or below. I'm not really sure what would be causing this but any feedback would be great.

No its currently got 376gb free of 465gb

Are you running Fraps etc.

It looks like it is a program that is running and limiting FPS.

Have a look in task manager.

ok had a look in task manager and screen shotted what i'm running currently. I cannot spot anything.

I have fraps also and when i even load it, its bringing up 25fps in bottom left corner.

I would uninstall fraps and reinstall it.

Just incase you have changed a setting without noticing.
