Major Problem with BF2

Hey All, playing BF2 SF no problems, then it crashed, as does occasonally, now when I try and play THE ******* MOUSE WONT MOVE ! not a clue why,all input in the game seems to be not working,mouse keyboard, anything, iv checked everything out,all should be working but its not, how can the game crashing make it so that the mouse wont work ?

go into your My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\000# and rename your Controls.con to something like Controls_old.con and try then.. it'll make a new file with the default controls.

could be a broked line in there and it's stopping the file from loading thats all i can think of

i had this

my contols.con had got corrupted and deleted itself

go into the game, go to controls, and then click "restore to default"

that will bring everything back. Then just re-personalize them again.
