So I just this evening fitted my brand new X62.
I followed the instructions to the letter. But when I switch it on I hear a crazy bubbling sound from the pump?
Go into windows to see the CPU temp bouncing off the thermal throttle at idle!! Fans going nuts.
Everything is correctly installed.
Tried installing cam software to see if it needs that to work properly and bam. BSOD. Now won't even boot up.
What the F.
P. S. The whole thing felt VERY light when I installed it. Is there a chance it could ship with no water in it??? The box was dry.
The nzxt and rgb ring all lit up properly. The fans were spinning. It just made a crazy bubbling noise around the pump area and now my comp is totally bricked.
Just took the cooler off the CPU and can confirm it was sitting and mounted correctly. Thermal paste covering the die and cooler.
What the hell? I assume the pump isn't working? But then why would I hear that bubbling noise?
I cant explain how raging I am. What the chance of NZXT replacing my hardware then???
