Hi all,
Major problems here. Woke up this morning after shutting down computer last night and have proceeded to have bid problems.
First specs:
Vista 64
e6300
DS3 (old mark one)
4 Gig of DDR 2 G.Skill DDR2 PK PC2-6400C4 (4x1GB) CAS4 Dual Channel Kit
2x 36 gig raptors in raid 0
1x 160 gig WD (storage)
1x 320 gig Samsung (storage)
Xfi sound
8800 GTS 320
Think thats it.
So when i start up i get to the Vista loading bar at the start. Everything seems fine then when they few seconds of black screen you get after that comes along the system hangs. About one min later the dreaded blue screen appears! arg.
Have tried booting in safe mode but when it starts load the driver it stops everytime at crcdisk.sys then blue screen bang restart.
Have tried the auto repair with the vista disk and no luck.
Here is the repair report after it says it cannot be automatically repaird.

Problem signature 06: Bad Driver (one time before this came up as "corrupt registry")

Going form this it seems a driver registry problem? i have tried with various different sticks of ram in. Unplugged everything apart from keyboard, mouse and vga. Tried With just the raptors in.
I dont have a system restore point etc so a format seems to be my only next course of action. Would really prefer not to do this as i have some no recoverable stuff on those raptors arg!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
