major upgrade

This is my first post so please go easy!

I've been lurking for a while and need to undertake a major upgrade of my current system

At present I have
AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3200+
MSI K8N Diamond mobo
1024 MB (PC3200 DDR SDRAM)
NVIDIA GeForce 6600 GT (128 MB)
2x WDC WD1600 in a raid config
350W FSP Sparkle Blue Storm PSU

What I think I need based on reading plenty of other threads

Ideally like to keep it under 850 - any thoughts before I press the buy button?

Looks great to me, should work well.

Just a minor note, make sure your case fits the GPU, its big, and I mean, big.
