Generally there's very little difference between the makes of cards, some vary in clock speeds, like the BFG OC range, but the speeds are normally the same as the reference design, as are the coolers.
Normally the biggest difference is the bundled software, sometimes you get a free game with your card!
I'd just go with the cheapest option though.
