Make bookmark bar/taskbar clock size larger

I have just bought a new laptop for my grandmother and having a few issues setting it up. She would like the clock font in the bottom right of the taskbar to be larger and for the bookmarks on the bookmark bar in Chrome larger. I have searched how to change these but both involve fiddly things and I don't want to do that as if something goes wrong it will be tricky to talk her through it. Surely changing these two things should be easy as pie?

EDIT - never mind, changed the text size in Windows which has fixed both. Apologies, please delete.
