To integrate the community , so far they have argued about religion. Also why is it that (for want of a better word) the dark skinned people always claiming to be victims all the time?

They are all going on about being called names in the past. If someone called me a 'White ******* ' then it wouldn't bother me in the slightest. Change the 'White' to 'Black' and all hell breaks loose....

If i really thought about i could probably think of a time when someone called me a name and then claim i was a victim. But it just does't bother me in the slightest. I don't listen and don't worry.

I'm a Team Leader at Nissan UK. If something happens at work and we need to drag someone into the office for whatever reason then this is what happens ...

Now this is going to sound terrible but if they are white then it will be a one on one with a supervisor. If the fella is 'non white' then it's a supervisor with a manager in attendance in case anything happens or is accused of in the future.

The year is 2012 and this is what happens at the UK's biggest car plant.
