Hi,

In WinXP how do you make specific folders always appear at top of a list of files, regardless of Folder name? Eg: I want a folder with a "C" to be at the top, however there are also folders with "A" and "B" filenames in the same directory.

I've done it before, by typing in an invisible character.......does anyone know what it is? I've forgot :o

I thought it was, but it doesn't seem to "stick" as it were.

File > Rename > *add Space at start* > Hit Enter > Space Disappears :(

That'll screw anything referencing the folder in a pathame though.

I don't know what you mean. Seems to have worked fine for the old folder I had the same way. Backups fine and all.

What I was going to do was just copy the file name over then edit, but I accidentally deleted it and renamed it "e"......now I cant remember what I done.
