make folders defult to view as thumbnail

sure there must be a simple way to do it but can't find it. anyone care to give me a hand?

Right clicm folder > properties > customize > choose something like "pictures ..." from drop down list

Go into a folder and set the view to thumbnails. Then go to tools, folder options, view. Then click on 'Apply to all folders'.

Or do that, my bad thought you ment a single folder
