make me a software button please :) (to stop folding)

id like to create a button that i can click to terminate and start the folding process, i dont mind folding for OCUK at all and am happy to do it, but it doesnt give me my cpu back under desktop conditions when i need it, i.e. watching a DVD or AVI, or encoding something, and its getting annoying having to CTRL ALT DEL and terminate the process. so i want a button to shut it off and start it up,

If you ctrl+alt+delete you risk losing wu's. I did this too and lost hours and hours of work. You're meant to do it by typing services.msc into run and stopping the service there.

Not sure about a button though

net stop and start batch file?

If it's a service create a .bat file with the command 'net stop "service name"'

go into a text editor and type in what he just said.

then instead of saving it as .txt save it as .bat and eh vola!

Surely if folding is setup correct using the right priority it will only use unused cpu cycles.
