Make Media player classic ALWAY do certain fuction?

Is there a way to make MPC shutdown or lock the PC EVERY time you open it automcially without having to play the file then select the option in "after playback"; there are a few options in the "every time" section but not shutdown, lock etc, any ideas?

There doesn't seem to be the option of doing this with MPC from googling.
